Store your hair stick in its cotton pouch when not in use. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes or styling products. Nourish the wood occasionally with a small amount of natural mineral oil or beeswax. Over time, the handcrafted alpaca silver may develop a natural patina through exposure to oxygen. This is a characteristic of authentic alpaca silver and can be easily restored with a soft polishing cloth.
